One of our past builds dispensed epoxy, applied it to a cigarette lighter, and tested the lighter, all while eliminating the need to solder to the internal sub-assembly. By developing a unique positive displacement system along with a special two part epoxy, this system reduced labor by 95%, increased productivity by 40%, and eliminated all environmental impacts. This system produced 75 parts per minute.
