PAX-STSP

Proautox S Series Triple Screw Pump is a type of positive displacement rotatory pump for handling clear, lubricating liquid without solid content. The internal structure of the triple screw pump includes a male drive spindle, two female secondary spindles and the case that holds the three screws. The sealed chamber moving at a uniform speed is formed between the case and the three rotating screws along the axial direction. During the male drive screw rotation, liquid moves in the sealed chamber along the axial direction continuously and smoothly from suction to discharge.

Proautox-Gas relief HPT pump is designed to have an even ﬂow through the entire pump with properly designed exit flow area. It handles the gas that breaks inside the pump efficiently and keeps the pump from gas locking. It performs well in hori-zontal well bores where free gas interferes with the pump from lifting fluid. Simple in construction and a low cost alternative to deal with gassy envi-ronment.

PAX-GCP

For extreme gas handling demands, the QALS Gas Compressor Pump is effective in overcoming gas locking in deep wells. It’s robust construction and 2-stage compression design efficiently moves gas through the pump: this is particularly important when pumping beneath a packer. The use of a mercury style plunger, with its increased wall thickness and spray-metal coating, greatly increases rigidity and wear resistance over other 2-stage designs. Maximum gas handling performance is available at extreme depths, up to 13,000 ft. Upgraded materials can also be selected to combat damage due to corrosive well bore conditions.
